Every flower has its own created beauty. The splendor of the rose, the lily’s whiteness does not deprive the violet of its scent nor lessen the daisy’s charm. If every flower wanted to be a rose, nature would lose her spring adornments and the fields would not be beautiful with their varied flowers"

The Little Flower

About Mayflower

The Meaning Behind Our Name

The name Mayflower was inspired by Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, "The Little Flower," whose life reflected compassion, humility, and the belief that small steps can lead to extraordinary growth. Just as a flower unfolds in its own time, we believe every child develops at their own pace and deserves support that honors their unique strengths and needs.

For us, Mayflower represents new beginnings, quiet strength, hope, and the gentle unfolding of each child's unique potential. Our mission is to nurture growth with patience, kindness, and respect, creating an environment where children and families feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.

At Mayflower Early ABA Services, we believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, joyful learning, and celebrating each step forward, no matter how small.

What Makes us Different

Direct BCBA Treatment Model

At Mayflower we offer companionate child centered ABA service implemented directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This unique model assures that your child will receive his/her therapy from a highly trained Masters level credentialed and licensed provider with six or more years of service in the field. This model eliminating the need for behavior therapists or registered behavior technician (RBT). In a typical ABA model, BTs or RBTs are simply required to undergo 40 hours of training in order to provide direct treatment to the client under minimal direct supervision of a BCaBA (assistant) or BCBA.

Our Approach

We understand that each child has unique gifts and interests that can be embraced, expanded, and built upon. We strive to create a safe, supportive environment, where our clients feel comfortable but at times challenged, so they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive in our complex and often overwhelming world. Our approach combines both direct BCBA therapy and parent education. We also offer support for challenging behaviors, meltdowns, coping skills, potty training, sleep, and more!

Parent Empowerment and Coaching

Giving parents the tools to proactively navigate the challenges and the tools to create an environment of learning.
